Privacy Policy

Effective date: 07/10/2026Version: 1.2

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data by Magicorn (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through the website located at magicorn.co or magicorn.co.uk (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“User” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

2. Data Controller

For purposes of applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), Company is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the personal data that you voluntarily provide to us through:

  • Contact Forms: Including your name, email address, telephone number, and any additional information you choose to supply. A message sent through the contact form is processed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt, Germany, and delivered to us by email (Amazon SES); we do not store it anywhere else on the Site.
  • Newsletter Sign-ups: Including your email address and other relevant contact details.
  • Calls, meetings, webinars and chats through Roam: The “Book a call” buttons lead to our page at ro.am, where you can choose a time for a call with us. We also use Roam to hold meetings and webinars and to chat with customers. The details you enter there, such as your name, email address, the time you choose, the messages you write and, if you join a call, meeting or webinar, your audio and video, are processed by Roam and are available to us so that we can arrange and hold the conversation or event.

No account registration or login functionality exists on the Site. The data collected is solely for the purposes specified herein.

4. Use of Your Information

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

a. To respond to inquiries, arrange and hold calls, meetings, webinars and chats, and provide customer support;

b. To send newsletters, updates, and promotional communications;

c. To conduct analytics and improve the functionality, performance, and security of the Site.

Processing is carried out in compliance with applicable laws and only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described above.

5. Cookie Usage and Tracking Technologies

The Site employs cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience and analyze web traffic. These technologies may include, but are not limited to, services provided by third parties such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. These are only loaded after you accept them in the cookie box shown on your first visit; you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Such third-party services may collect data independently of our direct control. Users may manage or disable cookies through their web browser settings; however, please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.

6. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates with third-party services that may independently collect or process personal data. By using the Site, you consent to the processing of your data by these third parties in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We recommend reviewing these policies to understand how your personal data is managed by these entities. The third-party services currently used on the Site are: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (traffic statistics, only after you accepted them), Google Maps (the maps on the contact page, which Google loads as soon as that page is opened), Amazon Web Services (hosting, content delivery and the contact form) and Roam (booking calls, meetings, webinars and chat with us). Roam is operated by Roam HQ Inc. in the United States and is not loaded on our pages: your browser only connects to it, in a new tab, when you click a “Book a call” link, and from then on the Roam Privacy Policy applies to what you enter there. Because Roam is a US company, that data may be processed in the United States. Typefaces, scripts and images are served from our own domain.

7. Data Sharing and Retention

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as necessary:

a. To facilitate the operation and functionality of the Site through third-party service providers;

b. To comply with any legal obligation, regulation, or court order.

Your personal data is retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Upon termination of such purposes, your data will be securely disposed of or anonymized.

8. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. User Rights

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:

a. Access and obtain a copy of your personal data;

b. Request correction or update of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

c. Request deletion or restriction of processing;

d. Object to processing on legitimate grounds.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided in Section 12 below. Please note that certain rights may be subject to limitations under applicable law.

10. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of your consent and/or as otherwise permitted or required by law, including under GDPR and KVKK. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.

The place of the arbitration shall be Istanbul, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
