Plenty of product companies don’t need a platform team of their own. They need someone to monitor, patch and answer the alerts. We design platforms and also run them, so the people who build a platform are the ones who get the alerts.
What we do each month
We monitor your clouds, clusters and databases, handle alerts, apply patches and upgrades, and keep an eye on capacity. Every month we also review reliability, security and cost with you and make small improvements, instead of holding one big review a year.
When there is an incident we investigate and fix it, then write down what happened and what will change so that it does not repeat. We join your chat channels, planning and releases, so we work with your developers directly and not through a ticket queue.
An SLA and an on-call plan can be added to any package. They are not included by default, so you only pay for them if your product needs them.
Ways to work together
Monthly packages come in three sizes, each with a number of hours per month. On-demand hours suit teams that only need us now and then. A dedicated engineer works with your team for 20 or 40 hours a week, for a minimum of six months, after which you are free to leave. How we work has the details and the prices.
